Michael +Maureen

1. Michael and Maureen both love Tori Amos

2. Michael is wicked smart and has a dark sense of humor/Maureen thinks she is pretty good in the brains department, but often ends up being his unwitting straight man.

3. Both Michale and Maureen are able to be really open about things, whether it has to do with their past or where their headed in the future.

Beloved Kiss Me. I love finding notes for the wedding and using the rings to frame them.

Love the shadow shot. How fun.

Michael and Maureen we amazing to work with and were pretty much open for everything even a hike in the woods.

Venue- Pacific Grove, California.

1. Matt loves to bbq food and is willing to take over cooking anywhere even if it is not his food.

2. The perfect day for Justine is eating some of Matts bbq, drinking a margarita, and hanging out with close friends.

3. When they are away from eachother for more than a day they think about eachother constantly

4. They never give up on eachother. They have been together for 9 years and no matter what gets thrown at them they always come out the other end holding hands and laughing.

Justine was stunning

Love the bubbles. Isn’t the color of them amazing

I love old buildings and brick walls

Josh+Christine

Josh and Christine are a super fun and loving couple, that make a perfect match. They decided to have a renaissance wedding with themed clothing horse and carraige, they even had turkey drumsticks for dinner. Their wedding was very unique but one of the most special and memorable parts is when Josh sang his vows to Christine. Josh is in a vow and wrote an entire song of his vows, it was beautiful and there was no a dry eye around.

Here are a few things about Josh and Christine.

1. Whether it is good or bad they always make whatever is happening better for the other person

2. They both love to cycle, hike and be outdoors. They chose Alaska for their honeymoon.

3. Someday they plan to tour the world with Josh’s band or on vacation.

4. They both dislike acting their age…they would rather run around like kids laughing and playing.

Here are a few pictures from the day.

The ceremony was beautiful.

Love Christine’s expressions

Remember when I said Josh wrote a song for the vows, Here it is.

Isn’t the flower girl adorable

Water is a huge part of the Thai culture and every ceremony is built around water in some form. Water is pronounced Nam and even their language is built around the word. The final part of the ceremony is the pouring of water over the couples hands, to purify and cleanse their new marriage. Gary and Arun sat with their hands outstretched over a table. Family and friends will then pour water over the hands which will then drip into a potted plant. It is a beautiful ceremony

This is Arun’s mother

Even Jeff and I got to participate

Once the monks have left the groom left and was paraded down the street towards the house of the bride. Most of the town followed carrying trees, gifts, money, and of course more food. The quite street on this town of just one dirt road was filled with people dancing and singing. My uncle was given a drum to play as we paraded down the street. When we got to the house he was required to bargain with his dowry to get to Arun. People were blocking off the door ways as others were pushing through. After three doors were crossed he was able to see his wife.
