Mark and Tanya

October 17th, 2008

I can’t say enough good things about Mark and Tanya. Tanya is one of the sweetest brides I have ever worked with in my life. She and Mark are such a great match and the day was filled with so much love and excitement from them and everyone around. Mark and Tanya both met in the Philippines were they grew up and went to school together, but it wasn’t later on in life and in the Unitied States that they reconnected and fell in love. Such an amazing love story. Anyway they had a beautiful wedding at the Hollins house and we had a ton of fun driving around Santa Cruz taking photos of the two of them. Check out a few from the day.

A new favorite, it will be on my new website soon.

I loove this shot during the ceremony. I can’t say it enough they are so good for eachother.

Tanya was super involved in adding the small touches to the wedding here are a few detail shots

Name tags

Gift baskets for all the guests

During the reception they had a special video of all the friends and family  from the Philippines that could not  make it to the wedding. Even I was crying.

Louis and Renee

October 15th, 2008

Last week I shot one of my favorite weddings of the year at Leal Vineyards. Besides the wild party and all the close friends of the bride and groom (who are high school sweethearts) the wedding was just a blast to shoot and so much fun. It rained for a moment during the ceremony but during the portraits the sky opend up and was absolutely beautiful. I was so blessed to be a part of Louis and Renees day.

Isn’t this sky amazing!!!

John and Christine

August 29th, 2008

John and Chrisitne had a wonderful wedding at the Fogarty Winery. Their wedding was held on a glorious day and filled with their family and closest friends. The location was amazing with views of the greater bay area, and the food was some of the best and most creative food that I have had at a wedding. It was designed to have different stations with intereactive food stations and made to order food. Amazing job by Thomas John Events. John and Christine were a wonderful couple to work with check out a few of the pictures.

I love the reflection in this shot.

For this shot I climbed into some of the grass by the pont and shot John and Christine through the weeds.

The ceremony was beautiful

A fun shot of the kids. I love photographing kids.

Christine was stunning

How cute are they as a couple
