I have know the Slaggs for years. They are a wonderful family filled with joy, love and lots of entertainment. Caleb the oldest of three is the perfect big brother. He is loving, and takes wonderful care of this younger brother and sister. Kylee is the middle child she keeps Todd and Kathleen on their toes. There is never a dull moment with Kylee. Ben is the newest edition to their home. He is a gentle sweet baby boy. I felt so honored to capture the love that this family holds. Todd and I met about 10 years ago as church youth leaders for the jr. high youth group. I photographed his wedding about 5 years ago and he married Jeff and I in May. So here are a few pictures of the family. Enjoy the fun.

I looved, loooved, looved photographing Jess and Christine’s Wedding. They had a San Francisco Wedding at City Hall with some of their close family and friends and a San Jose Reception with everyone.We had so much fun traveling around to different areas in San Francisco. We had a limo driver and had a great ride to some special spots in the city. Jess and Christine are a perfect match. Jess is a teaser, he’s funny, tough, and he absolutely adores Christine. Christine is fun and loving with the strength to keep up with Jess. Together they are a dynamic team. Congrats Jess and Christine. Here is to a very blessed marriage.

You will be hard pressed to find a couple that is as happy to Eric and Renata to get married. They are truly in love and you could see it from every glance and smile they share with each other. A perfect match and they were such a joy to photograph. They enjoyed every aspect of their day from start to finish. Congrats you two have a wonderful like together. Here is to another beautiful wedding at Nestldown.

I am so excited for Jeremy and Ruth’s wedding in September. They are going up and over the top for their special day in Monterey. We had a wonderful engagement session in Santa Cruz. So although you will have to wait for their wedding here is a sneak peak. Jeremy even drove his motorcycle down from Sacramento for this shoot.

There were so many amazing photos from this shoot I don’t know where to begin.

Today I am so excited to share with you pictures from my own wedding. One month ago I got to walk down the aisle to my best friend Jeff. We felt so blessed to be surrounded my such loving friends and family. Our day was beautiful and so much fun. It went by in a flash. The best part is that now I get to spend the rest of my life with the person I love most. A special thanks to Celeste for capturing these amazing pictures on our special day.

Shawn Cavlan did an amazing job on my hair and make-up, plus she was so much fun to work with.

The anticipation. Even though Jeff saw me before the ceremony there were still some tears. I love him.

We had a beautiful ceremony and one of my best friends Pastor Todd led it for us along with a song.

One of my favorite parts during the ceremony. When the pastor asked Jeff if would take me as his wife. Instead of saying I do he yelled, yessssss. It made everyone laugh.

Our decor was simple and elegant. Seascape flowers did the arrangements and they were amazing. We didn’t really have colors so we had a lot of natural earthtones. Our napkins were brought over from my aunt from Thailand. Every napkin was different.
